At __, he started his own local landscape company and grew it into the family-run business Carefree Lawns.
He and his wife, Lisa, have raised three boys, right here in Jim Thorpe.
He has served on the Bear Creek Lakes Civic Association Board for 10 years.

Lisa is a mother of three boys who were all raised in Jim Thorpe.
Lisa was the manager/owner of the local favorite bar, Reiley's Pub, for over 30 years. Her many years in customer service make her the ideal fit for anyone looking to buy or sell. Lisa knows how to deliver exactly what you're looking for.
Lisa has since moved on from her time at Reileys and is now working as an agent at Lakeside.
Phil was born and raised here in Jim Thorpe with his two brothers. He learned what it means to work hard with his two brothers working at Carefree. He brings a fresh perspective to the real estate market.
Phil is currently working toward becoming a broker here at Lakeside and is excited about the new opportunities real estate offers.
